Refunds
Please note that all pieces are hand-squished and may look different from the items featured in the product photos. If you are unhappy with the piece when it arrives, you have 24-hours upon delivery to contact us and request a refund or exchange and begin the process of returning the item to us. The refund/exchange will be processed once we have received the item. Please note that you are liable for the cost of return shipping.If you would like to choose a specific piece before it is shipped, please contact us directly before you purchase and we can send videos/images of a selection of ceramics. Although each piece is glazed, we advise that you treat your sculpture with the utmost love and care. We advise gently handwashing and do not put in the dishwasher.
Pieces with gold lustre (such as Bubbles) are made from real gold and therefore need to be treated carefully. Wipe with a soft cloth only as the gold can rub off easily.
