Refunds
Please note that all pieces are hand-squished and may look different from the items featured in the product photos. If you are unhappy with the piece when it arrives, you have 24-hours upon delivery to contact us and request a refund or exchange and begin the process of returning the item to us. The refund/exchange will be processed once we have received the item. Please note that you are liable for the cost of return shipping.
If you would like to choose a specific piece before it is shipped, please contact us directly before you purchase and we can send videos/images of a selection of ceramics. For any returns, refunds or questions, please contact hello@theaustinflowers.com
Returns (damaged or faulty item)
We are very careful to package the pieces as safely as possible. Each piece is carefully wrapped in a bed of eco-friendly protection. In the unfortunate event that your piece arrives damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods with photo evidence.
